While three other Australian states have banned duck shooting on animal cruelty grounds, RVOTDS bring a new perspective to the campaign to protect native waterbirds from recreational shooters.
RVODS believe that duck shooting should be banned due to the negative economic impact duck shooting has on regional centres and that Victorian wetlands should be promoted as world-class tourist destinations.
